Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior AccountantAbout HissaTech:HissaTech is a leading Saudi PropTech platform transforming the concept of real estate investment through fractional ownership.We combine technology, transparency, and innovation to make real estate investment more accessible, clear, and rewarding for both individual and institutional investors.Job Purpose:We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong attention to detail, passion for excellence, and the ability to enhance and develop the company’s accounting operations.The role requires a proactive approach to managing financial processes and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements set by relevant government entities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all accounting operations and improve financial workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Track investment transactions across all stages (from offering to post-investment).Record expenses, investor contributions, and payments accurately within the accounting system.Manage bank reconciliations and maintain relationships with banks to ensure precise cash flow tracking.Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and periodic investment reports.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and the requirements of regulatory authorities such as:the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), the Ministry of Commerce, and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).Monitor expense requests and ensure adherence to budgets and internal financial policies.Support internal and external audit processes and provide accurate and timely data.Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial automation and operational data accuracy.Qualifications and Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably within FinTech or PropTech platforms.Strong experience with financial systems and payment gateways such as HyperPay.Advanced knowledge of banking operations and reconciliations.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.Strong financial analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Language:Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Why Join HissaTech:A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages growth and continuous learning.Flexible working hours focused on results and productivity.Opportunity to gain high-value experience in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing PropTech sector.
