Senior Accountant

Indus Real Estate is Hiring – Accountant (Dubai) We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have strong expertise in real estate accounting and a passion for accuracy, this role is for you!Requirements: - 4–5 years of proven accounting experience in the UAE (Real Estate/Brokerage preferred) -Strong knowledge of Taxation (VAT filing & compliance) -Experience with AML regulations & compliance -Handling of RERA / Trust Accounts and reconciliations -Preparation of P&L, Cash Flow & Financial Reporting -Knowledge of WPS, Payroll & Expense Management -Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (Professional certifications like CPA/ACCA/CMA are a plus)
