This role involves managing the full accounting cycle (A–Z) for several entities, overseeing daily operations, reconciliations, and compliance with IFRS, VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.We are looking to do our interviews soon and fill this job as soon as possible. We are only considering candidates that do this quiz and fill this form:https://forms.gle/cybhULADnswYvBGLAResponsibilities:Reporting to Financial Controller.Handle end-to-end accounting for multiple companies, including journal entries, month-end closing, and financial reporting.Key Audit contact (internal and external) and monitor compliance across the companies and the various operating jurisdictions.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Accountable for the integrity and accuracy of the financial information held D365 including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.Working with local accounting firms to ensure that statutory requirements, VAT, payroll, annual accounts and corporate tax obligations are met.Prepare monthly and annual management reports with clear analysis and insights.Lead the cash management process for the entities, responsible for preparing robust and achievable working capital forecasts and explaining variances against expected performance.Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.Requirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certification (or progress toward one) such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA preferred.5+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to audit and taxWhat we’re looking for:Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT & Corporate TaxProficiency in accounting software (Xero, D365) and Excel.Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities with accuracy and independence.Experience with multi-currency, group accounting and preparing consolidated reports.Experience in the Digital Assets industry.Benefits & Perks:Hybrid WFH two days a weekComprehensive compensation packagesA brand-new modern office near Dubai MarinaVery healthy team events budgetHealth and wellness allowance (upon competition of probationary period)Please do the quiz above - only candidates that take this quiz seriously will be considered.
