Core Finance Operations:Take ownership of the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely financial statementsOversee key financial functions like payables, receivables, and invoicingStrengthen the billing and collection process to manage debts effectivelyImplement proactive credit collection strategies and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure the business gets the best value for money from suppliers with robust purchasing controlsManage fixed asset register and handle acquisitions and disposalsPerform reconciliations (including deferred income, cash, and balance sheet accounts)Design and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with policies2. Financial Reporting & Analysis:Lead the timely reporting of monthly and annual financials, KPI analysis, budget variance reports, and capital project expenditureOptimize data collection and ensure consistent, accurate review of monthly KPIs3.
