Senior Accountant

About the roleAs a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for which you will mainly:Handle/review the day-to-day bookkeeping of Luxembourg holding companies;Handle/review the day-to-day operations of companies and answer to clients’ requests;Liaise with client’s management, finance teams, banks, administrations and auditors;Prepare statutory financial statements and periodic reports;Prepare legal documentation (such as board meetings and shareholders meetings package);Participate in the preparation of indirect and direct tax returns and provisions in coordination with the dedicated teams;Be an important link between management and junior staff;Coach and supervise the daily work of Junior Accountants and Trainees;Be responsible for the quality of the work and documents produced and submitted to management review;Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.About youYou hold a degree (min.
