We are proud to have long-lasting partnerships with our clients.Scale: With more than 1,500 colleagues, we operate across 20+ countries, our scale enables us to support our clients globally and locally, providing a seamless client experience across borders and service lines.What’s In It For YouCompetitive salary Hybrid workingFlexible working hours Private Pension Plan Private medical insurance Job DescriptionPurpose of the jobTo provide temporary accounting (and/or corporate) support during secondment missions to our clients, assisting the client with day-to-day finance operations, reporting and compliance.Between missions to support the team on a dedicated portfolio of clients.Main ResponsibilitiesManaging day to day accounting entries for a dedicated SPVs portfolioPreparing/Reviewing financial statements and periodical reporting under LuxGAAP’sPreparing/reviewing tax and VAT returnsMaintaining contact with banks, Luxembourg authorities, and external providersAssisting with accounts payable and receivableLiaising with auditorsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirementsAssisting with the organization of board meetings and shareholders meetingsPreparing basic legal documents (minutes of shareholders meetings and board meetings)Following-up the day-to-day recurrent and non-recurrent operations and client requestsQualificationsIdeally 3-6 years or more relevant experience in the Luxembourg funds sector, in particular in accounting & corporate mattersComprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of administration and Know-Your-Customer obligationsGood organisational and time management skills, ability to take responsibility for the completion of tasks while staying alert to potential issues that need to be disclosed to the Team LeaderProfessional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to clients’ needs; ability to communicate efficiently and in a manner suitable to the client being addressedAbility to draft and review legal documents and agreements on the basis of Ocorian templatesDiligence and care in all aspects of the job, iProblem solving – being able to review the situation and determine an alternative course of action to achieve the desired goalAn interest in financial services/workingCompetenciesThe ability to work independentlyThe ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMethodical and accurate approach with an eye for detailStrong time management and organisational skillsFluency in English (written and oral), with any other language (French, German) being considered as an advantageWhat This Role OffersThe opportunity to work in a dynamic sector, on interesting transactions and in direct contact with large-scale investors.A professional environment which allows you to further develop your skills.A brand new office location in the Cloche d’Or business district.Additional InformationOur ValuesAll staff are expected to embody our core values that underpin everything that we do and that reflect the skills and behaviours we all need to be successful.
