Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Professional with expertise in accounting analysis to join our team in Cancún, Mexico, with a hybrid working model. This role is responsible for managing accounts, analyzing them, supporting audits, and handling day to day issues succesfully.Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance perspective and being compliant with all the processes.Collaborate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate decision-making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forumsWork together with other teams and stakeholders to analyze and understand performance and complianceConduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and/or feedback and support all necessary audits.Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key playersLeverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managingRequired Skillset and Experience4+ years Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis and audit support.Experience with ERP systems and data tools like SAP, Tableau, Salesforce and/or other similar financial reporting tools aligned with this role.Strong knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external advisors.Fluent in English is a must; additional languages are an advantage.
