We offer comprehensive solutions for the installation of ground, roof, and floating solar power plants in Turkey, Europe, and Africa.Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Senior Accounting Specialist" to join our team in Craiovo, Romania.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field,Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or international environment,CECCAR (Romanian Chartered Accountant) certification is an advantage,Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation (Planul de Conturi, VAT, corporate tax),Experience with ERP/accounting software,Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken),Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive, adaptable, and open to continuous learning.Residing in Craiova or willing to relocate. Job Description:Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions in compliance with Romanian Accounting Standards (Planul de Conturi) and IFRS.Oversee and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Manage and report VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory declarations in accordance with Romanian legislation.Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments.Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and explaining variances.Process and account for export and import customs files.Perform currency valuation transactions.Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and ERP systems.Support the accounting team and provide guidance on complex accounting matters.Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other external partners as needed.
