The Opportunity...We're looking for a Senior Advisor - Generational Strategy to join our advisory team.This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end client engagements focused on succession planning, governance, and next-generation development for multi-generational businesses. You’ll guide complex, values-based conversations and help clients navigate pivotal transitions with clarity and confidence. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll integrate expertise from legal, financial, and governance specialists to deliver seamless outcomes that empower emerging leaders and support family business continuity.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...Your role will be dynamic and client-focused, with a strong emphasis on facilitation and strategic advisory. You’ll be responsible for:Client Engagement and Facilitation: Lead meaningful conversations to clarify goals, foster dialogue between generations, and support leadership transitions.Strategic Advisory: Guide clients through succession, governance, and legacy planning using proven frameworks and innovative tools.Collaboration and Innovation: Work within a multidisciplinary team, co-create advisory approaches, and leverage technology (including AI) to enhance client outcomes.About YouWe're looking for a highly experienced facilitator and advisor with strong business acumen and emotional intelligence.
