Drive excellence in project management standards and frameworksProvide expert guidance and leadership to improve project deliverySupport a culture of continuous improvement and collaborationFixed Term opportunity – ending February 2027He angitūtanga: The opportunityAuckland Council’s Auckland Urban Development Office within the Resilience and Infrastructure Division has an opportunity for a Senior Advisor PfMO to join the Growth and Regeneration Delivery team.This is a critical role for the Council and will focus on promoting project management methods and standards across Auckland Council, supporting teams to deliver high-quality projects and continuously improving portfolio management practices.Please note:This is a Fixed Term opportunity – ending February 2027This is a hybrid positionYou could expect to work on:Supporting the business to apply best-practice project management standards and frameworksProviding expert advice and quality assurance for key project artefacts and deliverablesCoaching and guiding project managers and coordinators to improve delivery outcomesDeveloping and enhancing tools, templates, and processes to strengthen PfMO capabilityContributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellenceFor more information about Auckland Urban Development Office, please visit: https://www.audo.co.nz/He kōrero mōu: About youThis role requires experience in the project management and portfolio governance space.
