This role is pivotal in equipping employees across all roles with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to engage with AI technologies responsibly and effectively, supporting the strategic shift towards large-scale, decentralised AI adoption.The RoleDevelop and execute a role-based AI literacy and enablement framework, tailored to the needs of diverse personas (in technical and business roles).Design and coordinate diverse delivery channels, including self-paced e-learning, hands-on workshops, interactive info-sessions, communities of practice, onsite hackathons, and bootcamps. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with SAP guidelines.Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback, impact measurement, and iterative improvement of the learning programme. Manage logistics and cost estimates for enablement events, including travel, facilities, and external resources as needed. Engage with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and effective investment in AI skills development. What You BringYou are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across technical and business teams. Your analytical mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to continuous learning help you enable others and drive adoption of best practices in AI democratization.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and the development lifecycle is a must-have.Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning or enablement programmes, ideally in technology or AI domains. Experience with diverse learning delivery methods (e-learning, workshops, bootcamps, communities of practice). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
