In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will work on developing intelligent agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. If you thrive in fast-changing environments and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, we’d love to meet you.What will you do:Design, develop, and deploy AI systems, including LLM-based applications and autonomous AI agentsBuild scalable backend services and integrate AI capabilities into production systemsCollaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsEvaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research to continuously improve system performanceWork with large datasets and optimize data pipelines for AI and analytics workflowsEnsure high-quality code, performance, and reliability across all AI-related componentsWhat you need you have:3+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineerHands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., model integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) and AI agent developmentStrong programming skills — Python and typescriptStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIndependent and self-driven, while also being an effective team playerExperience building scalable, production-grade systemsPassion for new technologies and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentNice to have: Knowledge of cellular networks or communication systemsExperience with big data tools (e.g., ELK stack and K8s)Experience with AWS and K8sExperience with ML model training, optimization and productizationEducation:B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (M.Sc. - an advantage) Parallel Wireless is expanding the ecosystem for Open RAN with the GreenRAN™ energy-efficient Hardware-Agnostic technology.
