Passion is what drives us, and the mission to help aviation companies help the world is what unites us.If it resonates with you and you share our values, you could become part of our team and help shape the industry’s future together.We are looking for a Senior Airworthiness Engineer to join our Engineering team in Tallinn, Estonia.The Senior Airworthiness Engineer oversees, develops, and coordinates all technical services projects, with a special focus on determining airworthiness and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and purchase/redelivery conditions during aircraft deliveries, lease returns, and repositioning projects.Main responsibilitiesLead the execution of assigned technical services projectsMaintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clientsEnsure compliance with technical services processes and procedures, holding the unit accountable for adherencePerform physical inspection to determine assets' physical condition and compliance with agreed legal conditionsCollaborate with the Technical Services Manager to drive the strategic growth of the unitAssess new service requests and business opportunities, oversee the initiation of new servicesAdvise on manpower and resource planning of the departmentMain RequirementsUniversity/aeronautical degree of aviation education3-5 years of experience within aviation, preferably with Western-built commercial aircraftGreat project and team management skills, including communication and interpersonal skillsProven competence in workload management, workforce coordination, and resource planningProven ability to manage communication with civil aviation authoritiesKnowledge of EASA Part- CAMO, Part-M, and industry best practices for airworthinessExperience with multiple aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, 2-REG etc.)Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements at the workplaceExperience with IMS like OASES, AMOS, GANNET is beneficialAbility to travel on short notice (mainly within EU)What We OfferA range of company benefits, including private health insurance or sports compensation, employee discounts, and company eventsOpportunity to work in one of the most attractive and fast-growing global industries in the world – aviationA fast track to both personal and professional growth in a challenging and rewarding environmentA great team with diverse backgrounds and true aviation fansA culture of trust that empowers youReady to take your career to the next level and make a real impact in the aviation industry?
