About the Team:You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Regional Business Finance function is responsible for managing business-level financials, including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business partnering. With a reporting focus, you will be responsible for financial and management reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of reports for various stakeholders, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all reporting data. Besides the routine work, you would also be expected to participate in special projects, which may involve new investigation work or improvement of existing processes, requiring both problem solving skills and the ability to work with new and unexplored territory.Job Description:Reporting and Closing RequirementsProduce, review, and analyze periodic financial and management reports, providing insights on business trends and performanceAddress management queries on financial and business informationPrepare executive-level materials for presentations and quarterly business reviewsDevelop and refine analytical methods, dashboards, and reporting templates to improve performance visibilitySupport stakeholders across functions and ensure financial data integrityForecast ProcessesAnalyze P&L forecasts and provide insights to Controllers, Directors, and the CFOReview forecast trends, raise objective questions, and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracyEnhance financial models and forecasting/budgeting processes to improve efficiency and capture evolving business dynamicsUpload forecast data into systems and integrate it into financial reports, providing management with trend analysis, insights, and adjustment recommendationsOthersSupport and/or participate in special projects with opportunities to develop project leadership skillsSeek continuous process improvement by finding opportunities to improve or automate processes or reportsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ related discipline or other related professional qualification in accounting, such as Chartered Accountant and ACCAMinimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Finance related rolesBig 4 accounting firm experience would be a plusStrong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsEffective collaborator across finance, IT, and business functionsSkilled in data analytics and problem-solving with strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of commitment to meeting timelinesClear and concise communicator, both written and verbalHands-on team player who possesses a can-do attitude and is able to handle ambiguityProficient in Microsoft Excel SQL and PowerBI knowledge will be an advantage
