We are singularly focused on customer-centricity and invite you to join us in this challenging yet rewarding global role.About The RoleAs a Senior Analyst, Sourcing (Dolls and Bikes), you'll be a key player in bringing private brand products to customers. This position is a great opportunity to apply your sourcing skills and learn more about supplier management and global trade. You'll partner with multiple teams to streamline the sourcing process and ensure products meet our standards for quality and on-time delivery.What You'll DoDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans for Private Brands to enhance sales, profitability, and market share.Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from initial product development to final production, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Coordinate with retail and global sourcing teams to manage buying trips and resolve operational issues.Conduct supplier assessments and maintain an optimal supplier matrix to support strategic sourcing initiatives.Monitor supplier performance and ensure product quality and on-time delivery by tracking progress and addressing concerns.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, providing guidance and oversight to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, including negotiation.Analyze market trends and global trade developments to inform sourcing proposals and identify new opportunities.Utilize data analysis and digital tools to develop data-backed proposals and drive continuous improvement in cost and efficiency.Stay current on industry expertise and market intelligence to expand product knowledge and identify potential new suppliers.What You'll BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing, retail, or sourcing role, with a focus on serving major U.S. retail customers.Language Skills: Fluent in English and Vietnamese; Mandarin is a plus.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturer, merchant, and customer needs, with a demonstrated interest in business development and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for data-driven decision-making and a keen attention to detail in sourcing, finance, and supply chain.Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners, coupled with strong communication skills.Personal Attributes: Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
