We are partners, not just providers, and we’re passionate about building long-term relationships to help our clients succeed.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Android Developer for an initial 2-4 month mission with one of our key clients.You will be responsible for bringing our client's product vision to life by translating their Figma designs into a beautiful, functional, and responsive application.You will collaborate closely with the client's team, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to build new features and ensure a world-class user experience.We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work. If this project is well-implemented,we will be prioritized to keep you engaged for other missions with our diverse client base.What You'll DoTranslate complex designs from Figma into high-quality, reusable, and scalable Kotlin code using Jetpack Compose.Ensure high design fidelity by collaborating closely with the client's design team to implement responsive layouts that look and feel great across a wide variety of Android devices, screen sizes, and orientations.Develop new user-facing features from concept to launch, working with product managers to define specifications.Work closely with backend engineers to integrate with RESTful APIs and services.Write robust unit and instrumentation tests to ensure code quality, stability, and maintainability.Actively participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards and share knowledge.Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and fix bugs.Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies, trends, and best practices.What We're Looking For (Required)3 to 5+ years of professional experience in native Android development.Strong proficiency in Kotlin and a solid understanding of the Android SDK.Deep experience with modern Android development, especially Jetpack Compose.A strong understanding of modern Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture).Experience with Jetpack components (e.g., ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, Coroutines & Flow).Experience working with RESTful APIs using libraries like Retrofit and OkHttp.Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt or Dagger).Proficient with Git and comfortable with collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).Strong attention to detail and a passion for building polished, responsive user interfaces.Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)Experience building and maintaining a Design System with reusable components, themes, and styles.Prior experience working in a consultancy or agency environment is a plus.Familiarity with modular app architecture.A published app on the Google Play Store that you can share with us.Why You'll Love Working With UsCompetitive Rate: We offer a competitive hourly/project rate.Flexible Work: Fully remote, and meeting with a supervisor onsite.Interesting Projects: You'll work on a high-visibility project for a major client.Long-term Partnership: We value our contractors.
