Senior Associate - Lead Management

Education/Experience and Skills Requirement: Willingness to work in UK shift Bachelor’s degree in information technology, digital marketing or related field Over 5 years of experience in marketing and sales technologies, as well as proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Marketo , Salesforce CRM and/or other enterprise digital marketing technologies (preferred) Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead life cycle and CRM workflows Ability to interpret lead data and campaign performance to refine scoring and workflows Experience in reporting tools and dashboards ( Marketo Analytics, Salesforce Reports, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies (preferred) Exposure to digital campaign management across web, email, advertising and/or social media (preferred) Responsibilities: Design and implement lead scoring models based on behavioural , demographic and firmographic data Continually optimise scoring criteria to improve lead quality and conversion rates Develop and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, qualification, segmentation and hand-off to Sales Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to align workflows with campaign goals and sales processes Support Marketing leadership in designing and planning digital marketing campaigns to optimise lead capture and lead nurturing Monitor lead performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
