Role SummaryThe Senior Associate – Recruitment will play a critical role in driving Project Accountants’ global hiring strategy, focusing on accounting and finance roles across Karachi, South Africa, and Jersey. This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery; from sourcing and screening to selection and analytics, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent aligned with our values and business goals.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance-related roles for our service lines such as Accounting Services, Fund Accounting, Compliance, and more. Having practical knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and data management is a core requirement for this position. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and people-first environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various audit, accounting and finance related roles.• Source and engage candidates across local and international markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant finance talent communities.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and design targeted sourcing strategies.• Conduct candidate assessments, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage timely communication throughout the hiring process.• Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and database for all open roles.Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:• Maintain and monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline ratio, and candidate conversion rate.• Build and maintain recruitment dashboards.• Provide regular hiring updates and insights to the HR Manager and leadership team.Qualifications & SkillsEducation• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience• 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within accounting, finance, or professional services environments.• Proven experience hiring for international roles, preferably across Pakistan and offshore locations.• Strong understanding of finance and accounting functions and their role requirements.Skills & Competencies• Excellent sourcing and assessment skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.• Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, job boards, analytics dashboards).• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results against turnaround KPIs.• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to remote work settings.
