You will focus predominantly on local talent attraction in Karachi whilst also assisting with our recruitment function more broadly.In This Job, You’ll…Be the main point of contact for candidates interviewing for the Karachi HubWork with our Talent Lead to support our global growth efforts with interview schedulingEstablish credible and trusted relationships with the senior leadership team in Karachi to drive best-in-class talent strategies and deliver resultsWork with the marketing team to build out our employer brand in Karachi and proactively use this to build a program that attracts smart, ambitious and curious talentBecome a culture champion in the Karachi office, leading initiatives to improve employee engagement and welfareCommunicate and enforce our organisational values and positively influence our company cultureGenerate recruitment-related reports and metrics as requested, providing insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and areas for improvementPartner with the wider HR function to improve operational efficienciesWe’re Looking For…Previous experience working in a Talent or HR function for an international organisation — prior experience working with international stakeholders is criticalAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionHighly organised and proven experience working to tight deadlinesHigh energy and enthused by building a great culture to work inAbility to thrive in an international environment and teamConfident — we want you to be a voice within the organisation who isn’t afraid to make suggestionsTechnical eye — we’re always looking for an opportunity to automate processes and flowsWhat You GetWe’re a growing startup and we understand that amazing incentives will attract amazing talent.
