Job DescriptionWe are in a process of strategically re-aligning our core functions across various global locations, we need a strong Senior Associate to join our central business team to help manage various queries and further help implement efficiencies across the different business functions.

Core ResponsibilitiesInitially we expect the core focus of the role to cover the following: Ensuring correct categorisation of emails. Identify high touch emails and trading that has short turnarounds. Management and oversight of all queries within Appian (our tech platform). Management and oversight of Appian Admin Portal. Identify new system functionality and work with relevant parties to develop and implement. Ensuring end of day checks are completed, aged items are flagged to other internal departments for action, all cases have been allocated. Escalate where necessary. Identification of any system issues- work with relevant parties to resolve.

Ensure internal departments are aware of alternative action to be taken to manage the case until the issue is resolved. Involvement in testing and roll out of new functionality. Monitoring and provision of reporting in relation to system uptake. Identify and report blockers preventing uptake. Assist in resolving these blockers. Identify and implement improved processes for case management and standardisation. Build and develop team in various locations globally with a continuous improvement mindset, focused on efficient workflows, adoption of technology such as AI, Appian, etc. QualificationsKey Requirements:

Experience of working in fund administration will be advantageousexperience of working within Investor Operations will be advantageous as wellYou should be able to demonstrate an ability to assess urgent/critical items, prioritize cases, monitor workflows and escalate SLA risksAbility to adapt to and manage change, support technology adoption initiativesStrong collaboration, leadership and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with internal and external clients.
