Job Description
To contribute to the successful implementation of international PR and communication strategies by supporting campaign execution, providing strong organizational and administrative assistance, and helping ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the communications teamFunctional Responsibilities: • Implement the end-to-end development and execution of all PR activations. Arrange logistics (e.g. setting up meetings, arranging venues, scheduling calls) for media visits, familiarization trips, roadshows etc. across assigned international markets .• Follow up with other internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of PR activations as per the PR strategy and business needs • Track the performance of PR activations based on the set KPI metrics. Support in preparing and reporting on performance to Senior Management (MDRs), in addition to providing all necessary documentation on all activities (Monthly and on a need-by-need basis as per management meetings and reviews) • Lead on researching activities to build an understanding of media channels, key media stakeholders, influencers/celebrities and possible partners in different regions • Support in the media monitoring activities by conducting day-to-day follow ups with third party providers, collecting and compiling information • Raise iProcs/LPOs; provide support to budget management under close supervision • Facilitate travel request forms for the team for media trips, inwards missions and staff travel; ensure all correct protocols are followed by the team and procurement • Ensure full compliance with all internal processes across all the support functions (Legal, Procurement, Internal Audit, Finance, HR, etc..)
