Job SummaryThe Senior ATL Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of above-the-line (ATL) and digital marketing strategies for BYD and Denza brands. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and market positioning through integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The manager will oversee creative development, media planning, and performance analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and achieve business objectives.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive ATL and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and preference for BYD and Denza.Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across TV, radio, print, out-of-home (OOH), and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling content, including advertisements, video content, and digital assets, tailored to target audiences.Manage media budgets, negotiate with media partners, and ensure effective placement of campaigns to maximize reach and impact.Lead digital initiatives, including social media, display advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to drive engagement and conversions.Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the brand identity and messaging of BYD and Denza across all touchpoints.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, and ROI; provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.Work closely with product, sales, and PR teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and corporate initiatives.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field; Master’s preferred.Having at least 7 years in ATL and digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing integrated campaigns for global or regional brands.Strong knowledge of media planning, creative development, and digital marketing tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance metrics.Automotive or luxury goods industry experience is a plus.Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) an advantage.
