As we grow, we're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives on complexity and wants to shape a product that’s anything but ordinary.Your challengeBuild data lineage scanners for a wide range of technologies, from various databases to data integration tools and business intelligence platforms. Design and evolve backend systems that go far beyond typical REST APIs. You'll model metadata-rich flows and scalable ingestion pipelines. Collaborate closely with product managers to turn user problems into pragmatic, technically sound features. Own features end-to-end, from design to production deployment and operations. Mentor teammates with empathy—supporting juniors and constructively challenging seniors through thoughtful code reviews and design conversations. Play a hands-on role in architectural decisions, balancing innovation with simplicity. Contribute to our AI-driven efforts - we’re actively exploring how to embed AI, LLM, and MCP into lineage scanning.
