Senior Business Analyst - CRM Data Transformation

A leading Financial Services and Healthcare organisation is delivering a major CRM and Customer Data Transformation Program, aimed at modernising core platforms and creating a single, integrated view of the customer across the enterprise.You’ll join a cross-functional program team working to uplift how customer information, engagement, and service processes connect across business units — improving efficiency, insight, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis for CRM transformation and data integration streams.Capture and document requirements, user stories, and process maps across business and technology domains.Define as-is and to-be processes and data flows supporting a unified customer view.Partner with architects and technical teams to design system and data integrations across enterprise platforms.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage requirements traceability, and support delivery and testing activities.About YouProven experience in CRM or enterprise-platform transformation within large or regulated organisations (Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar).Strong background in business process analysis, systems integration, and data mapping.Confident communicator able to bridge business, data, and technology teams.Familiarity with major CRM ecosystems or data-management platforms (Sales, Service, or Customer Data tools).Comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholder groups.What’s on OfferBe part of a high-profile enterprise transformation delivering measurable business impact.Work with experienced delivery leaders and domain experts across technology and customer operations.Competitive daily rate and flexible hybrid working (2–3 days onsite in Melbourne).
