We are increasing our Talents team!We are looking for a: SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYSTHYBRID (Warsaw, Poland) - Twice a week every two weeksWe are focusing on developing global solutions across different geographical locations. Our main aim is to create efficient, user friendly and scalable solutions that could be used by different teams in our company. We believe that strong and robust data products could mitigate risks and improve our capability inside our Group.> Role Duties And Responsibilities?You will define the business logic of a BigData system to achieve project's goalsYou will act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding the teams and conducts business research and/or data analysisYou will support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model and translating it into target operating modelsYou will be responsible for gathering and preparation Business requirements from users.You will be responsible for creating Test Plans and closely cooperate with software developers to perform different type of testing and test validations.You will create competitive environment to set high standards, encourages and supports continual improvements within the team.You will create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs) You will use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance teamYou will document your solutions in tools like: JIRA, Confluence, ALM...> Mandatory Skills And Experience?Significant Business/Data Analysis or Product Management experience (software, 5+ years, multiple organizations) You have worked with software development teams directly and understanding of Product Development Cycle Experience in working in SCRUM or another Agile frameworkUniversity background oriented to financial/business.SQL knowledgeKnowledge of Excel at advance user level.Problem Solving and Critical ThinkingUnderstanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizationsExcellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skillsVery good command of English (at least B2+)Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organizationsExcellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.Very good command of English (at least 82+)> Preferred qualifications?Understanding of Financial products in the wholesale banking/investment banking environment (Fxs, bonds, equities, etc).Scrum methodology.Software development projects.
