Job DescriptionDP World is on the lookout for an experienced Team Lead Inbound to oversee inbound logistics operations during assigned shifts at our Łódź site, Poland. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination, uphold safety and productivity standards, and support cross-functional collaboration with key departments including customs, engineering, and business support.Your ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations within the Inbound DepartmentMonitor staff performance and provide support to the Supervisor as neededCoordinate workflow and ensure adherence to documented proceduresMaintain safety standards and achieve productivity targetsImplement and uphold 5S methodology within the departmentReport accidents and near misses promptly to the SupervisorTrain team members and share operational knowledgeCollaborate with other departments to resolve workflow issuesTrack and escalate IT-related issues through ticketing systemsYour Profile3–5 years in warehouse or logistics operations1–2 years in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of inbound processes such as unloading, receiving, inspection, and put-awayFluent English and Polish language skillsProven ability to use KPIs for performance tracking and improvementExperience mentoring or managing warehouse teamsFamiliarity with lean warehousing principles and 5S practicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsCompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
