Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.Documentation and Communication:Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.Solution Design and Evaluation:Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.Provide input on the feasibility, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions.Project Management Support:Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement:Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.Role RequirementsProven experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Expert or in a similar role, ideally in retail or consumer goods.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies, like agile.Nice to haveMicrosoft Dynamics experience in specific in Commerce POS and Finance & Operations modulesStrong understanding of POS and/or ERP systems and their integration into physical retail environments.Familiarity with POS hardware and software ecosystems such as Microsoft Dynamics Commerce, and with integration into ERP, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.Familiarity with retail operations and compliance challenges in global contexts.Background in Finance and/or Supply Chain systems, especially regarding their connection to retail processes.
