We are looking for Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst who should join our customer's team which operates as a global leader in retail beverage industry. Eligible locations are Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary.Mission DescriptionThe Supply Chain Business Analyst – Integrations is a senior-level role responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between core supply chain systems, including ERPs, OMS, WMS, and other critical platforms. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into robust integration solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value across the supply chain.The analyst is responsible for thoroughly analyzing and documenting business processes to identify integration requirements, including detail mappings and design, testing, and research.This includes designing and implementing technical solutions that enable new platforms—such as eCommerce systems or modern OMS—to interface seamlessly with existing legacy systems (ERPs), as well as with core supply chain applications like Order Management Systems (OMS), Carrier Management Systems, Transport Management Systems, Track & Trace systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).The analyst ensures that data is accurately and efficiently exchanged between these systems, supporting real-time information flow and operational consistency across the entire supply chain landscape.Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses of integration requirements across business processes, facilitating technical design sessions to define data flows and system interfaces, and developing training materials that address the operational impact of new integrations. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Tech Team to shape integration strategy, with a focus on optimizing end-to-end connectivity between ERPs, OMS, WMS, and other supply chain platforms. By leveraging strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain systems, the analyst will lead cross-functional teams in identifying integration gaps, recommending process improvements, and ensuring that all solutions are aligned with both business objectives and IT architecture.Ultimately, the Supply Chain Business Analyst – Integrations plays a critical role in enabling seamless data exchange and operational alignmentacross the supply chain, directly supporting business efficiency, system reliability, and customer satisfaction.Role summary:Provide expertise, context, and direction to business operations and technical teams on the development, implementation, and optimization of integrations between core supply chain systems (ERPs, OMS, WMS, Carrier Management, Transport Management, and Track & Trace systems).Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to refine integration strategies, driving continuous enhancements that improve system connectivity and business value.Conduct thorough analyses, documentation, and testing of integration requirements, data flows, and process logic to ensure seamless interoperability between new and legacy platforms.Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver sessions to end users and support teams, focusing on the operational impact and best practices for new integrations.Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues as part of the third-level support team, ensuring business continuity.Design business scenarios and use cases that demonstrate the value of new integrations, supporting change management, and maximizing adoption across the supply chain.Identify gaps in current integration capabilities and explore opportunities for process improvement and automation.Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and collaboratively develop solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.Role RequirementsSolid understanding of supply chain processes, with a particular emphasis on system integrations.Technical proficiency in common supply chain integration methods and standards (such as EDI, API, IDoc, XML, JSON, etc.).Experience with leading OMS and WMS platforms, including Manhattan Active, IBM Sterling, or Blue Yonder, is highly valued.Demonstrated ability to work within Agile and DevOps environments, applying design thinking methodologies.Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teamsExposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environmentsStrong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in EnglishWhat We Offer?A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented companyRemote work, or Hybrid based on candidates’ preferencesA competitive salary package with additional social benefitsBe part of an international, multicultural team of 7,600 talented professionals across 60 countries and 5 continents.
