You will be responsible for leading the business analysis within these key programmes and delivering them to a high-quality standard through to implementation.This role plays a significant part in understanding the challenges faced by business and ensuring that the new solution alleviates these. You will contribute to the business process catalogue and shape this for your given portfolio. You will work closely with the programme lead and change lead within Transformation. You will lead junior business analysts who work within the portfolio and support them in delivering a high-quality output. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders as well as technology counterparts in delivering these transformations.This is an exciting opportunity to influence business processes efficiency and support the roadmap of digital transformation within Charlotte Tilbury.As a Senior Business Analyst you willAs a senior BA you will lead the business analysis for key projects through to successful implementationWork closely with key stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and ensure that the right solutions are delivered to resolve theseLiaise with business and technology teams to scope out a project and build estimatesBe responsible for scoping, estimating and organizing the BA activities within these projectsBe responsible for delivering high quality business analysis, improve business efficiencies and deliver improved service to the businessProvide business analysis expertise across the business aligned with methodology and tools driven centrally by the BA team including requirements gathering and creation of documentation to support change delivery such as business requirements, BPMN, user stories, wireframes and UATRemain current on Business Analysis practices, techniques, and toolsBuild and contribute towards the process catalogue for your given portfolio. You will map, analyse and support the definition of new processes as needed.
