Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups. ResponsibilitiesIdentify business needs, develop strategies for process improvement, and implement solutions that ensure alignment with business objectivesBuild and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure that implemented solutions meet business goalsLead and facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings with stakeholders to gather, document and visualize business requirements and processesEvaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, challenging the status quoTake a leadership role in cross-functional initiatives and be accountable for its deliverables (objectives, timelines, budgets)Develop detailed specifications for system enhancements or new applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions to new processes, applications and systems ensuring successful change managementDefine and track KPls to measure the success of newly implemented processes, applications and systemsLeverage advanced analytical tools to support decision-making and strategic business initiativesCreate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsAssist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirementsWork to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the industry and recommend Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendationsMentor and guide junior and intermediate analystsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 05-08 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of successful delivery of business value and experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationshipsCompetenciesProficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN)Experience with data analysis and visualization toolsKnowledge of industry-specific software and applicationsCertification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred
