Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who acts as the strategic link between business stakeholders and the Data & AI delivery teams within a specific functional domain (e.g., Commercial, Finance, Pricing and Revenue Management).ResponsibilitiesDefining requirements for reporting and analytical (incl. data science) products,Identifying and mapping source systems,Preparing detailed functional and data-level specifications for the Data Engineering team (incl. supporting data ingestion, transformation logic, and semantic model needs),Creating dashboard wireframes,Supporting BI and data science teams during development,Supporting data validation and testing,Driving UAT,Ensuring data product readiness for go-live and adoption,Providing post-go-live support & stabilization (monitoring, end user support)Required Skills and ExperienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in requirements gathering and business process understandingAbility to translate business needs into detailed functional and data specificationsFamiliarity with data platforms, data ingestion, and transformation conceptsSQL knowledge or prior exposure to data explorationExperience with source system analysis, data mapping, and documentation for Data EngineersExperience designing dashboard wireframes or mock-upsNice-to-Have Skills and ExperiencePrior BA experience in a data/analytics environmentDeveloper experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI)Experience with data modelingDomain knowledge in aviation, commercial analytics, customer engagement, or pricing and revenue managementExperience supporting data science projects (feature definition, model validation, data preparation)Understanding of data governance, metric standards, and data lineageExperience with data platform migration, report reverse engineering
