This strategic step strengthens our long-term commitment and enabling us to further build our omnichannel brand with a strong local presenceAs Senior Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed strategic decision-making for the Middle East team. You proactively challenge and steer the business direction together with your stakeholders. You know how to advise your colleagues in a convincing way, and you will master the Plan & Control cycle of all Lines of Businesses in your markets. Your work will contribute to achieving our sales and EBITDA targets, while also supporting the transition towards a Joint Venture and shaping the long-term success of Rituals in the Middle East. Responsibilities:Business PartneringBuild strong partnerships with local teams and proactively support stakeholders in various LoB’s Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with and act as a key connection between Rituals and the Joint Venture partner on business control topics Joint Venture Support & IntegrationSupport the financial integration of the new Joint Venture by helping to establish business control processes, performance tracking, and reporting aligned with Rituals’ global standardsConsumer InsightsMaster the (online) store sales & KPI’s, the impact of the commercial calendar, and clear visibility on the expansion plan and performancePerformance Management & Commercial InsightsGenerate actionable insights to optimize performance across the different channels, tailored to the unique dynamics of the local market.Proactively deliver business analyses on performance and link financial insights to our business strategies and operational executionPlanning & Control CycleManaging the Planning & Control process, from accurate forecasting and budgeting to clear, insightful reporting and performance analysis.Bring all of youHigh on energy, low on ego with a little bit of humor.
