Your day-to-day will include:Driving the Student ExperienceWelcoming students and visitors with warmth and professionalismSupporting student wellbeing and sharing welfare resourcesBringing events to life with our Student Ambassadors across the YugoEco, YuPro, and YuGrow pillarsBuilding great relationships and fostering an inclusive communityBoosting engagement through social media content and promotionManaging CommunicationBeing the go-to point of contact for current and prospective residentsConverting enquiries through exceptional customer servicePreparing reports, documents and clear communication for students, parents and stakeholdersAdministration, Operations & SafetyKeeping our front-of-house and office spaces welcoming and presentableCoordinating check-ins, check-outs and resident documentationManaging databases, contracts, mail, supplies and office systemsDirecting maintenance and housekeeping tasksSupporting building health, safety and complianceApplying work health and safety practices and escalating risks promptlyFinancial ResponsibilitiesManaging rent collection and following up arrearsConducting inspections and processing damage chargesRaising invoices, processing payments, supplier orders and monthly reportingWorking closely with finance during audits and month-end processesBuilding SecurityCompleting mandatory ID and security checksResponding to emergencies and activating escalation proceduresAssisting with fire alarms and evacuation proceduresSales Support & MarketingResponding to sales enquiries across multiple platformsAttending university open houses, fairs, and property viewingsSupporting show apartment setup and social media content creationActing as a key contact for rebooking processesAnd of course… getting things done!
