Job Title - Call Center agent( Hindi / Urdu speaker) Type -6 months extendableWork Location - Dubai industrial area Salary - 4000Minimum 1+ years of experienceMandatory details/Skills-Handle inbound/outbound calls promptly and efficiently.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies.Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system (CRM).Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary.Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and procedures.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center performance standards.Support team goals by contributing to a positive and productive work environment.RegardsTASC Recruitment Tean
