You will identify and cultivate new client relationships, focusing specifically on the corporate interiors, fit-out, and design-and-build industry. You will work closely with our business development and project teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients within the corporate interiors market in Switzerland, utilizing various resources and market intelligence.Develop and implement targeted business development strategies for specific client segments.Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective clients.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials that highlight our design and build expertise.Collaborate with our integrated design and project management teams to ensure a unified approach and successful project delivery.Manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and project handover.Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business development strategy for the Swiss market.Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the corporate interiors industry.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to workplace design and construction.About YouProven track record of success in Business Development, ideally within the corporate interiors, fit-out, or design-and-build industry.Experience or exposure to projects within the EMEA region is highly desirable.A strong understanding of the design and build project model and its value proposition to clients.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in market research and analysis.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A passion for design and efficient project delivery.Ideally fluent in German and English, but not a dealbreaker Join UsIf you are a passionate professional ready to contribute to some of the world’s most recognizable commercial design projects, please apply through our careers page.
