You’ll work closelywith clients to understand their goals and craft high-impact training and transformationprograms that meet real business needs.This is a strategic, client-facing role, perfect for someone passionate about learning,innovation, and shaping the future of workResponsibilities-Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and government clients.-Promote and sell training programs, innovation and people management training, and other customized learning solutions.-Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers (HR, L&D, innovation teams, etc.).-Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase program value.-Collaborate with internal teams to co-design solutions that meet client goals.-Stay informed on trends in corporate learning, future of work, and innovation.-Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.-5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consultation, or other client-facing roles, ideally in the training, consulting, or innovation sector.-Proven ability to close deals and manage relationships with corporate and/or government clients.-Experience in selling or managing leadership, people development, or transformation programs is a strong plus.-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.-Growth mindset with the confidence to take on big challenges and learn continuously.-Able to work occasionally on weekends when training programs are scheduled.
