Senior Business Development Manager – Projects

About the Role:Utopia is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in sanitaryware and tapware project sales. This role owns the project pipeline, specification wins, and revenue targets across consultants, architects, developers, and contractors.Key Responsibilities:• Build and manage a high-value project pipeline across residential, hospitality, commercial, and government sectors.• Achieve monthly and quarterly project revenue targets and maintain accurate forecasting.• Secure Utopia specifications and approvals with consultants, architects, and developers.• Lead pricing, quotations, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.• Conduct technical presentations, design workshops, Lunch & Learn sessions, and material approvals.• Manage project documentation including submittals, compliance packages, mock-ups, and samples.• Map upcoming projects, perform regular market research, and maintain strong industry relationships.• Represent Utopia at industry events, exhibitions, project meetings, and trade shows.• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth project delivery and after-sales support.• Support management on major tenders, strategic accounts, and long-term partnerships.Requirements:• 10 years of UAE experience in project sales for sanitaryware, tapware, or building materials.• Proven success in delivering revenue targets and converting large project pipelines.• Strong understanding of UAE consultant workflows, tendering, procurement, and construction cycles.• Established credibility with consultants, developers, architects, and contractors.• Excellent commercial negotiation, communication, and CRM-based reporting discipline.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.• Opportunity to lead major regional projects for a British brand established in 1989.• Career growth within a fast-expanding global organisation.
