We empower regulated industries to transform operations, reduce risk, and unlock new value through unified execution and customer-first innovation.Role Overview  We’re seeking a strategic, high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Telestar’s core services portfolio. This role is focused on new business acquisition, solution packaging, and executive engagement across financial services, utilities, across Upper Mid-Market and enterprise clients.You’ll lead with insight, build with urgency, and close with confidence — translating Telestar’s capabilities into scalable, repeatable solutions that solve real-world problems.Key Responsibilities  Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients across ANZ  Package Telestar’s core offerings (DLM, DaaS, Managed Services, ICT, Workplace) into compelling, outcome-driven solutions  Lead strategic pursuits, RFP responses, and executive presentations  Collaborate with product, delivery, and compliance teams to tailor solutions for regulated industries  Maintain deep understanding of market trends, competitor positioning, and client pain points  Drive pipeline velocity and forecast accuracy through disciplined CRM management  Represent Telestar at industry events, forums, and executive briefingsWhat You Bring  Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in ICT, managed or/and as-a-services, and intelligent/workplace solutions  Strong understanding of device lifecycle, mobility, and infrastructure services  Experience selling into financial services, utilities, or government sectors  Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes  Executive presence, storytelling ability, and commercial acumen  Self-starter mindset with urgency, ownership, and resilienceUnderstanding sales methodology BANT/MEDDPICC and previous experience of SFDC is preferredWhy Telestar  Join a visionary team driving transformation across regulated industries  Work with cutting-edge platforms and modular service frameworks  Opportunity for career progressionCompetitive base + uncapped commission + performance accelerators  Hybrid work model with national reach and strategic autonomy  Culture of empowerment, excellence, and shared success
