You’ll work within a dynamic environment that is transitioning from consultation to implementation planning, with full-scale delivery scheduled for next year.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimise end-to-end processes aligned with new operating models.Collaborate with cross-functional squads to capture requirements and deliver outcomes.Drive process adaptability and ensure alignment with value chains and service catalogues.Work closely with business analysts and squad leads to implement process improvements.Support implementation planning and contribute to a full-year transformation program.What You Need to SucceedStrong experience in process design and optimisation within large-scale transformations.Experience in Consultancy engagements AND University highly regardedAbility to move beyond “AS IS” analysis and confidently design future-state solutions.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Familiarity with operating model changes, service delivery frameworks, and value chain mapping.Adaptability to work across multiple squads and pivot priorities as needed.
