We are committed to providing high-quality,functional, and modern furniture products that meet the needs of Indonesian customers.We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Buyer.Job Overview:As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the entire purchasing process —from product planning, supplier selection, and price negotiation to ensuring smooth importoperations. You will play a key role in identifying market trends and supporting Importa’sproduct development strategy.Key Responsibilities:● Manage the end-to-end buying process for imported products.● Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential products.● Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.● Responsible for determining selling prices and ensuring product profitability in linewith business strategy and market dynamics.● Ensure the accuracy of import documents and oversee shipment processes untilarrival.● Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cost and timeefficiency.● Analyze sales and product performance data to support future buying decisions.● Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and vendors.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer in the retail industry (preferably infurniture).● Strong negotiation and communication skills.● Experienced in import processes and knowledgeable about import documentationand procedures.● Strong analytical ability and capable of making data-driven decisions.● Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail.● Proficient in English (spoken and written).● A collaborative team player with strong initiative and strategic thinking.
