HIRING NOW: Senior Retail Buyer📍Abu DhabiIn this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the retail product strategy across a diverse portfolio, working closely with international IPs and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality merchandise.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of a retail department, managing end-to-end product development and category performance.Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class products and pricing.Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to manage open-to-buy budgets, stock levels, and intake planning.Partner with Testing & Compliance to ensure all products meet UAE regulations and brand standards.Lead and develop a small team, fostering collaboration and growth.Drive product innovation by identifying new sourcing opportunities and market trends.Support the delivery of events, activations, and special initiatives in partnership with internal functions and external IP partners.Monitor category performance, analyze sales data, and manage inventory to maximize profitability.What We’re Looking For6+ years’ experience in retail buying and product development.Proven experience managing full product lifecycles, from concept to delivery.Strong vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Data-driven mindset with solid financial and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, POS, and retail inventory/finance systems.Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
