Within this landscape, you’ll design and build scalable backend solutions, integrate diverse systems through APIs and microservices, and ensure smooth data flows across the value chain. By strengthening this digital foundation, you will help deliver seamless customer experiences, support sustainable growth, and enable innovative services that bring us closer to our climate-neutral goals.You’ll work in a cross-functional product team using a modern stack: .NET/C#, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL, etcIs this about you?Solid experience with .NET/C# and backend developmentUnderstanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native development (Azure preferred)Experience with CI/CD, containerization, microservices and event-driven architecturesKnow how to write performant, maintainable, scalable, secure and highly available microservices using best practice design patterns, and technologies like SQL/ NoSQL, gRPC, Kafka, Azure Service Bus and Azure EventhubBased in the Netherlands and fluent in EnglishCollaborative mindset and willingness to work across disciplinesBonus points forExperience with observability, SLIs and SLOsKnowledge of B2C operationsExperience within the energy sectorYou’ll be responsible forDeveloping and maintaining backend services and integrations in .NET/C#Designing clean, modular architectures and ensuring system reliability and scalabilityBuilding cloud-ready services and working with CI/CD pipelines for fast and secure deliveryOptimizing performance and implementing monitoring solutions for high availabilityCollaborating with frontend developers, testers, and product managers to deliver seamless digital solutionsSupporting and enhancing the B2C ecosystem Contributing to a wider C# Community of PracticeMentoring less experienced engineersThis is where you’ll workYou will join the B2C team and collaborate with other cross-functional product teams.
