The role demands a mix of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and digital transformation capability.You will oversee the full claims lifecycle, champion automation and AI-driven efficiencies, and ensure every claim reflects the company’s promise of care and service excellence.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :-Strategic & Operational LeadershipLead, manage, and continuously improve end-to-end claims operations across all product lines.Drive the adoption of AI, analytics, and automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.Establish and maintain robust claims policies, standards, and performance KPIs aligned with regulatory requirements and company objectives.Partner with insurers to streamline claims processes, data exchange, and dispute resolution.Oversee complex, high-value, or sensitive claims and ensure fair, timely outcomes.AI & Digital TransformationEmbed an AI-first culture within the claims function, using data-driven decision-makingpredictive analytics, and automation to reduce manual work.Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to design smarter claims workflows and customer communication journeys.Monitor emerging digital trends and recommend innovations that enhance claims efficiency and transparency.People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of claims professionals across multiple lines.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital literacy, and accountability.Ensure ongoing training and professional development to build domain and digital capabilities.Customer & Partner ExcellenceAct as the senior escalation point for complex or disputed claims.Ensure that customers experience empathy, transparency, and timely claim resolutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and external assessors.Risk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure claims processes comply with UAE regulatory requirements and company policies.Conduct audits and implement controls to minimize errors, fraud, and operational risk.Use data insights to recommend products, underwriting, and risk improvement opportunities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in insurance, Business, or related field; professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII, ACII) preferred.7+ years of experience in multi-line claims management, with at least 3 years in leadership capacity.Proven exposure to digital transformation and AI integration in claims or insurance operations.Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations, market practices and insurer relationships.Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in claims management systems, analytics and automation tools.Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and efficiency.🔻 About Net2Source Inc.Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.🏆 Recognized by INC 5000 & SIA 🌍 Global offices: UAE | USA | India | UK | Singapore | Canada | ANZ🌈 We support inclusive hiring practices in accordance with UAE labor law.🔗 www.net2source.com/careers | 📧 Mohanapriya@net2source.ae
