What You’ll Do:Lead and grow a portfolio of global strategic advertisers, acting as their primary contact for long-term planning and performance optimization. Design and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies using Xiaomi’s OEM inventory, including Xiaomi Ads and preloads. Drive commercial growth through upselling, market expansion, and campaign performance monitoring. Build strong relationships with client HQ leaders in growth and marketing, positioning Xiaomi Ads as a trusted strategic partner.What We’re Looking For: 6–10 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or mobile growth. Proven success managing global or regional strategic accounts (preferably top-tier mobile app advertisers). Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.). Strong communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
