Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our CEE sales team.As an Account Executive, you thrive by prospecting, creating and driving opportunities with new customers, lead and navigate complex sales cycles both internally and externally, sell at the most strategic level and form a broad strategy for winning customer buy-in and be a trusted advisor.You will play a vital role in driving Zendesk growth in the emerging territories in the CEE region in Commercial & Mid-market segments across a range of target verticals such as retail, ecommerce, fintech, technology, entertainment, travel and transportation.What You'll Be DoingDrive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion in dedicated territories in the CEE region.Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.Collaboratively develop specific GTM strategy and plan with larger Zendesk team, own plan executionUnderstand and convey the benefits of Zendesk products ensuring alignment with customers’ business objectivesLead complex and competitive sales cycles utilizing your strong communication skills and value selling to articulate compelling business cases.Establish and maintain executive sponsorship, leveraging your industry expertise to build relationships with key stakeholders, champions and sponsors.Exceed revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis leveraging weekly and monthly KPIs.What You Bring To The RoleBA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.5+ years of B2B sales in the SaaS industry to customers in Eastern Europe, CX or CRM sales experience is a strong plusStrong consistent track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota, President’s club membership is a plus.Successful record acquiring direct new business sales.Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.Experienced at selling to VP and C-level executives both in person and using remote technology.Strong knowledge of industry trends and the ability to build relationships with key decision makers.Proficient with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.Experience at identifying new partnerships, leveraging existing partners as part of broader GTM strategy.Ability to travel as necessaryFluent or native in Eastern European languages, Polish is a strong plusNOTE: The remuneration for this position is structured on an On-Target Earnings (OTE) basis, with a 50% fixed base salary and 50% variable component linked to performance. The advertised salary figure reflects the total OTE, not the fixed component. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual achievement against sales targets.The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł291,000.00-zł437,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors.
