Senior Commercial Manager - FM & Catering

Location: Head Office - Baghdad (Relocation provided by the company)We are seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations for our Facilities Management projects in Iraq. The role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and supporting business growth in a challenging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of FM projects.Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and risk management.Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.Support tendering, bid preparation, and negotiation with clients and suppliers.Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and international standards.Provide leadership to the commercial team, ensuring performance and development.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10+ years’ commercial management experience, with at least 5 years in the Facilities Management industry.Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC/PPP preferred), procurement, and cost control.Proven track record in managing large-scale FM or multi-site projects.Excellent negotiation, financial acumen, and leadership skills.What's in it for youStrong Competitive PackageMedical Insurance28 Days Annual leaveRelocation (Ticket & Visa) are providedAnnual Ticket providedHardship allowance Apply now and challenge your exceptional skills & experience with us!
