Senior Construction Project Manager – Industrial & Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure objectives are met efficiently.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.Conduct site inspections, enforcing safety standards, building codes, and company policies.Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.Prepare comprehensive project reports, track milestones, and maintain accurate documentation.Provide leadership, mentorship, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in industrial or warehouse construction.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with project management software and tools to support effective project execution.
