Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, schedules, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring safe and efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations on construction sites, including subcontractors and project teams.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.Review plans, schedules, and specifications to proactively identify and address challenges.Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and documentation.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
