Our mission is to develop disciples who share God’s love through service, leadership, and innovation.About the RoleAs we continue to enhance our ministry operations and digital systems, we are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to support our teams in delivering high-quality solutions that serve our congregation and staff.ResponsibilitiesTeam Support & Facilitation Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support teams in breaking down work, estimating tasks, and creating achievable sprint goals.Foster an environment of open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.Agile Coaching Coach team members, ministry partners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.Help teams adopt strong workflows while ensuring alignment with organizational and ministry needs.Project Coordination Collaborate with Product Owners, ministry leaders, IT teams, and operational staff to prioritize and clarify project goals.Ensure visibility into project timelines, progress, and deliverables through effective documentation and reporting.Remove obstacles and identify process gaps that hinder team performance.Stakeholder Communication Communicate key project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and ministry stakeholders.Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and progress trackers for transparency.Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows across ministries and departments.Promote a culture of excellence, servant leadership, and iterative improvement consistent with Vineyard values. QualificationsRequired: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to support cross-functional teams with varied skill sets.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Commitment to the values and mission of Vineyard Columbus.Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).Experience in a nonprofit, church, or community-focused organization.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).Background in technology, operations, or digital systems.
