You will lead components of projects, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the development of strategic solutions. You’ll also support junior team members and help shape the direction of our consulting offerings.Your responsibilities may includeLeading the development of business strategies and operating models, helping clients define their vision, strategic priorities, and pathways to growth or improvement.Managing workstreams within business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure, technology, or operational investments.Designing and implementing organisational change initiatives, such as process improvement, workforce planning, and service delivery optimisation.Applying structured project and program management methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.Conducting market research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to generate insights and inform client recommendations.Preparing and presenting client-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic briefings.Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions effectively.Mentoring and supporting junior consultants, contributing to their development and fostering a collaborative team culture.Contributing to internal initiatives, such as thought leadership, capability development, and practice growth. How You Are ExtraordinaryExperience in Management Consulting is highly desirable, or an ability to demonstrate background in internal facing consulting services. With 3–5 years of experience in consulting or a closely related discipline, you bringA proven ability to lead components of client engagements and manage stakeholder relationshipsExperience applying typical consulting frameworks and methodologies, such as issue trees, MECE principles, SWOT, value chain analysis, operating model design, and customer journey mappingExperience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Agile or Lean Six SigmaStrong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business operations and organisational dynamicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsAn appreciation for digital technologies and their role in enhancing business performanceThe ability to undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuitsLead and coach others in engagements, and mentoring staff as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact QualificationsTertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, public policy, technology, or a related discipline Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
